Petitioner, Electric Machinery Company, seeks review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board in which the Board held that petitioner violated Section 8(a)(5) and, derivatively, Section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(aX5) and (l), 1 by unilaterally changing mandatory terms and conditions of employment and by bargaining directly with employees rather than bargaining with the union’s elected representatives.
