MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
YOUNG, District Judge.
This is an action under Sections 205(g) and 1361(c)(3) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3). The plaintiff, Susan Pilet (“Pilet”), seeks judicial review of a final decision, dated May 25, 1995, of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“the Commissioner”) denying her applications for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
