MEMORANDUM

TAURO, District Judge.

I. Introduction

This case arises under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), as a review of a denial of disability benefits by the Social Security Administration. Presently at issue are Plaintiffs Motion to Reverse or Remand the Decision of the Commissioner [# 13] and Defendant’s Motion for an Order Affirming the Decision of the Commissioner [# 15].
