I. INTRODUCTION

This action is before the Court pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (“the Act”) which provides for judicial review of a final decision by the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) respecting an individual’s entitlement to benefits. See 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Plaintiff Jill Rohrberg (“Rohrberg”) is seeking a period of Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”).
