This is an original action in which the Transwestern Oil Company and the Maryland Casualty Company, as petitioners, present to this court for review an order and award of the State Industrial Commission.

The order complained of was entered on the 24th day of April, 1939. It determined that, as a result of an accident, the claimant, Robert Dow Partain (respondent herein), sustained an injury to his back and right side resulting in a hernia.
