This matter originated before the board of trustees of the .firemen’s relief pension fund of Oklahoma City upon application of Juanita Benson, hereinafter referred to as applicant, for a pension because of the death of her husband, Captain W. A. Benson, who had been a member of the fire department of Oklahoma City. The application was denied by the board and an appeal was taken to the district court of Oklahoma county, where the order of the board was reversed and the. pension was ordered paid.
