IRWIN, Justice.

May Heisler purchased a house and lot in Chickasha, Oklahoma and paid the purchase price therefor. Title was taken in the name of May Heisler and Percilla Lee Laman as joint tenants and not as tenants in common with the full title to vest in the survivor. May Heisler moved into the home and began occupying it as her homestead, while the daughter, Percilla Lee Laman continued occupying other property as her homestead.
