I. Background
Plaintiff Kimberly S. Kuhn (“Kuhn”) filed this action in November 1993 seeking damages pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., for the allegedly unlawful debt collection practices of Defendant Account Control Technology, Inc. (“ACT”).
