Unifund CCR Partners, G.P., and its general partners, Credit Card Receivables Fund, Inc., and ZB Limited Partners, appeal the partial grant of summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff Joseph LeBlanc (“LeBlanc”). LeBlanc brought suit against Unifund CCR Partners, G.P. (“Unifund”), Credit Card Receivables Fund, Inc., and ZB Limited Partners for violating both the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692, and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, Fla.
