Defendants Gilberto Baez Rivera (“Gilberto”), Rigoberto Baez Rivera (“Rigoberto”), Leonel Mendoza (“Mendoza”) and Alice Espinoza (“Espinoza”) appeal their convictions for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Espinoza also appeals her conviction for intentional use of a communication facility in causing and facilitating conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b).
