ORDER & REASONS

FALLON, District Judge.

Before the Court are several Daubert and Daubert-like motions filed by both the Plaintiff and Defendant. For the following reasons, the Court rules as follows:

I. Background

Vioxx (known generically as rofecoxib) belongs to a general class of pain relievers known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (“NSAIDs”). This class of drugs contains well-known medications sold either over the counter — such as Advil (ibuprofen) and Aleve (naproxen) — or by prescription' — such as Daypro (oxaprozin) and Voltaren (diclofenac).
