This is an action commenced by G. P. Autry and G. E. Autry, defendants in error, against Olay ton S. Smith and O. Ray Smith, plaintiffs in, error, in the district court of Payne comity to recover damages for slander of title to certain lots owned by the defendants in error. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the court below.
