This is an action by the plaintiff and appellant Emil A. Bame to recover of the defendants and appellees Lip-sett, Incorporated, and Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company of Wisconsin, compensation under the Nebraska Workmen’s Compensation Act for injuries alleged to have occurred growing out of an accident arising in the course of plaintiff’s employment by defendant Lipsett, Incorporated.
