This is an action to recover benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. The trial court denied a recovery and plaintiff has appealed to this court.
Plaintiff filed his petition with the compensation court on April 16, 1959. The case was heard by a single judge of that court and an award entered. A hearing was had before the court sitting en banc and an award entered. An appeal was taken to the district court. The district court held that the findings of the compensation court were not sufficient to sustain an award, and reversed the award and remanded the cause to the compensation court…
