This action was one commenced by the plaintiff-wife for separate maintenance and property division. Initially no effort appears to have been made to obtain service of summons on the defendant-husband. Thereafter plaintiff filed her first amended petition for separate maintenance including as parties defendant a creditor of the parties and certain tenants occupying their jointly owned real estate located in Johnson County, Kansas.
