Plaintiffs, Fran and David Kohler, filed a complaint for “declaratory and equitable relief’ requesting the court to quiet title in them to property that they claim through adverse possession. Over the objection of plaintiffs, the trial court granted defendants’ request for a jury trial. At trial, and after plaintiffs had put on their case-in-chief, the trial court directed a verdict for defendants. ORCP 60. Plaintiffs appeal, and we reverse.
