OPINION AND ORDER
SCHWARTZ, District Judge.
Plaintiff commenced this action against defendants, union officers, alleging the violation of federal labor laws in connection with defendants’ suspension of plaintiff from his position as president of the union. Plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction was rendered moot by his subsequent reinstatement, but plaintiff filed a Second Amended Complaint seeking monetary damages.
