SWEET, District Judge.

Plaintiff Roy Commer (“Commer”) has moved pro se for a preliminary injunction reinstating him as president of Civil Service Technical Guild, Local 375 (“Local 375”), and enjoining the defendants from barring him from running for the office of Local 375 president or for any other elective union office, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65.
