Plaintiff, Sondra F. Messina (“Messina”) brings this action against Local 1199 SEIU, National Health & Human Service Employees Union, AFL-CIO (“Local 1199”) and certain of its officers pursuant to the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (“LMRDA”), Sections 101(a)(2) and (5), 29 U.S.C. § 411(a)(2) and (5), and Section 609, 29 U.S.C. § 529, and under the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), Section 301, 29 U.S.C. § 185.
