OPINION
EDELSTEIN, District Judge.
This suit involves various claims of patent infringement, unfair competition, *388antitrust violations, and unlawful interference with business relationships. It is before this court on a motion brought under Rule 41(a) (2) F.R.Civ.P.1 by one of the plaintiffs, Hudson Engineering Co. (Hudson), and by defendant Bingham Pump Co. (Bingham) for a voluntary dismissal with prejudice of the action as between Hudson and Bingham.
