Plaintiffs-appellants appeal from a dismissal of their suit brought under the Missouri wrongful death statute in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. While the facts in this case are not involved, a chronology of the events is important. In this regard, it is noted that the deceased was killed in a motor vehicle accident on a highway in the State) of Missouri on October 14, 1962.
