¶ 1 Francis Nelson (hereinafter “Appellant”) appeals the trial court order granting Appellees’ motion for summary judgment in this legal malpractice action. Appellant brought this action against Ap-pellees on the basis that they failed to initiate a third party action against the alleged tortfeasors whose defective product caused Appellant work-related injuries.
