OLSZEWSKI, J.:

¶ 1 Jacqueline Davis appeals from the trial court’s November 9, 1999, order granting summary judgment to appellees and dismissing appellant’s defamation claim with prejudice. We affirm.

¶ 2 We recite the facts from appellant’s brief:
