In an action, inter alia, for a judgment declaring Local Laws, 1994, No. 6 of the Town of Mamaroneck to be unconstitutional in its en*357tirety and as applied to the plaintiffs property, the plaintiff appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Leavitt, J.), entered July 3, 1996, which denied its motion for partial summary judgment, and granted that branch of the defendants’ cross motion which was for summary judgment, and declared Local Laws, 1994, No. 6 of the Town of Mamaroneck to be constitutional.
