Plaintiffs David Rogers (“Mr.Rogers”) and Alwynn Rogers (“Mrs.Rogers”)(collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed this lawsuit after their car was struck by an electrical cable Defendants were stringing across U.S. 23 in Green Oaks Township, Livingston County, Michigan. Plaintiffs are husband and wife. Mr. Rogers was driving the car at the time of the accident; Mrs. Rogers was a passenger in the vehicle.
