STONE, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order dismissing appellant’s petition following a refusal to prosecute further after granting a motion to quash the service on appellee.
This action was .filed in a State court of Arkansas and removed to the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Following such removal defendant specially appeared to move that the service upon it be quashed.
