DONALD RUSSELL, Circuit Judge:

A grandson, to whom a grandmother transferred certain corporate stocks many years earlier, appeals from a judgment, entered after trial without a jury, finding that such transfer, though absolute in terms, was in fact in trust, and that, by the terms of the trust, as subsequently reduced to writing some fourteen years after the gifts began, the donor had the right to terminate, and had terminated the trust, resulting in a reversion of the remaining res to the donor.
