MEMORANDUM OPINION DISMISSING COMPLAINT AND DETERMINING DEBT TO BE DIS-CHARGEABLE

The instant complaint to determine dis-chargeability of debt was brought by hom-ebuyers against a homebuilder. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs’ case, the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint was granted.
