The bill filed by Mrs. Young shows that, in May, 1910, she purchased from George W. Milliner a certain parcel *434of land situated in the county of Aecomac, and that on .the 30th of January, 1911, she purchased from Wesley T. Melson a certain house and lot in said county, for both of which purchases she paid cash, but requested the vendors, Milliner and Melson, to convey the same to Hannah W.
