William J. Agnew died at Bancroft, Kingsbury county, S. D., January 3.1, 1925. On May 12, 1925, an order of the county court of said county was made appointing John E.' Agnew, a brother of said deceased, as administrator of said estate. Deceased left an estate in said county of approximately $100,000. On June 30, 1925, Ida M. Agnew filed in the county court a petition for family allowance, representing therein that petitioner, Ida M. Agnew, was the surviving widow of the deceased, and that she was the guardian of the three minor children of petitioner and deceased, residing with…
