The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed a petition charging respondent, Robert P. Morin, with five counts of unprofessional conduct warranting public discipline. The charges include four counts of client neglect and misrepresentation, and one count of noncooperation with the Montana Commission on Practice. Morin did not answer the notice of investigation or petition after several attempts by the Director’s office to contact him, and did not appear at oral argument.
