The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility has filed a petition seeking the reciprocal disbarment of respondent, Lewis M. Koss, pursuant to Rule 12(d), Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility. The petition is predicated upon an order of the Supreme Court of California, filed May 1, 1996, disbarring the respondent for felony racketeering and mail fraud convictions.
