In November 2001, we placed Scott E. Selmer on supervised probation for 5 years subject to a number of conditions, including making good faith efforts to reduce or satisfy liens and judgments and paying an outstanding Wisconsin disciplinary judgment. On November 28, 2006, the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (“Director”) filed a petition seeking the revocation of Selmer’s probation and imposition of further discipline.
