After receiving several complaints alleging respondent Lynnel L. Jones had acted unprofessionally in violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility, the director of Lawyers Professional Responsibility served charges upon her. Respondent failed to appear at a scheduled pre-hearing conference or a subsequently scheduled hearing before a panel of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board (LPRB).
