FINDINGS OF FACT

On July 8, 1980, Petitioner Mark Iuteri was convicted in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii of 1) conspiracy to commit wire fraud, 2) interstate travel in furtherance of a scheme to defraud, 3) aiding and abetting the use of interstate travel in furtherance of a scheme to defraud, and 4) interstate transportation of fraudulently obtained money.
