¶1 Vincent Adolph challenges a sentence enhancement imposed as part of his conviction for vehicular homicide. Adolph asserts that the two-year sentence enhancement he received based on a 1992 driving under the influence (DUI) conviction in Lincoln County was not supported by sufficient evidence. The State asserts that Adolph’s personal restraint petition (PRP) is procedurally barred for numerous reasons and also asserts that the record was sufficient to prove the Lincoln County DUI conviction.
