The defendant, David Lantagne, appeals a decision of the Superior Court ('Wageling, J.) denying his motion to suppress evidence that led to his conviction on stipulated facts of three counts of possessing child sexual abuse images. See RSA 649-A:3 (Supp. 2013). We reverse and remand.
