Tbis is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment entered upon a verdict of a jury for plaintiff by tbe Municipal Court of Toledo, OMo.

On January 21,1953, about 9 p. m., plaintiff was driving his automobile in a northerly direction on Garrison Road at a speed of approximately 20 miles per hour. The defendant was operating his automobile in a westerly direction on Portsmouth Avenue. Each street is 20 feet wide and paved with asphalt.
