On November 10, 1981, petitioner was charged with conduct unbecoming an offi*355cer and gentleman by using marihuana in the presence of enlisted members of the Air Force, in violation of Article 133, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 933, and with use, transfer, and possession of marihuana and introduction of marihuana into a military aircraft, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
