Appellant was convicted of one specification each of violating a lawful general order by bringing a firearm onto a naval installation, involuntary manslaughter, negligent discharge of a firearm, obstructing justice, solicitation to obstruct justice, and carrying a concealed weapon, in violation of Articles 92, 119, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892, 919, and 934, respectively.
