The plaintiff and Charles Harder were married in Oregon in 1893. The testimony of the latter’s brothers, who were familiar at that time with his holdings, is to the effect that he had property at time of his marriage of the value of $7,000. The testimony of the plaintiff is the only evidence tending to dispute this. She and her husband, Charles Harder, lived at various places in the State of Oregon - and finally, in 1907, they removed to Idaho and resided there until his death in 1910.
