Plaintiff appeals from a judgment against him entered upon the sustaining of defendants’ demurrer to his complaint, without leave to amend. The action was brought to enjoin the prosecution of plaintiff for failure to pay a license tax to the city of Los Angeles in accordance with the provisions of a general ordinance, No. 77,000 (art. 1, chap. 2 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code), imposing a variety of license taxes.
