As is indicated by the title of the cause, the plaintiff herein is a corporation known as an irrigation district. In due course of the exercise of its powers and operations as such district, an assessment was levied by it .upon the lands that were located within the boundaries of the district. The assessment not having been paid, by reason thereof and in accordance with the provisions of the enabling statute, the lands upon which the assessment had become delinquent were sold to the said district.
