BENCH, Judge:

1 1 Plaintiff LD III, LLC (LD III) appeals the trial court's order granting Defendants' motion to enforce a settlement agreement. LD III claims that the trial court abused its discretion in granting the motion because a binding settlement agreement was never created due to the lack of a meeting of minds and the lack of an adequate writing as required by the statute of frauds. We affirm.
