This is a petition for leave to make application to the District Court for permission to file a bill of review in that court in .a suit for injunctive relief and triple damages under the Sherman Act, 26 Stat. 209, 15 U.S.C.A. § 15. Plaintiff is the lessee of •the Erlanger Theatre in the City of Philadelphia.
