Per Curiam.:

The district court dismissed an action brought by appellant, Steven R. Kaldi, against the respondents in this case, Farmers Insurance Exchange, Truck Insurance Exchange, Fire Insurance Exchange, Mid-Century Insurance Company and Farmers New World Life Insurance Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Farmers”)- The action concerned Farmers’ termination of an exclusive agency agreement with Kaldi.
