Before me now is Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society’s (hereafter “Woodmen”) motion to dismiss cross-plaintiff Louella Rollins’ (hereafter “Rollins”) cross-claim for summary judgment or stay and for oral argument, Filing No. 35, supported by a brief, Filing No. 36, and index of evidence, Filing No. 37.
