OPINION

HAYDEN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Jingdong Zhu and Adrian Fields (collectively, “plaintiffs”), on behalf of the Schering-Plough Corporation Employee’s Savings Plan (“Savings Plan”) and its participants and beneficiaries (collectively the “Plan Participants”), have filed a five count complaint alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) against multiple defendants.
