Plaintiffs Robert Correia (“Correia”), Bradford Pires (“Pires”) and Otis Powers (“Powers”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this putative class action pursuant to the Employee Retirement and Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001, et seq., alleging various breaches of fiduciary duty concerning the Polaroid Retirement Savings Plan (the “Plan”).
