This matter came before the court on April 1, 2005, on several motions for final approval of class action settlements in the Securities, Derivative and ERISA Actions against defendants Xcel Energy, Inc. (“Xcel”) and certain of its officers, directors, and pension plan fiduciaries and for awards of attorney fees, reimbursement of expenses, and awards to lead and representative plaintiffs.
